Premier Conference Interpretation Contract

Two interpreters are recommended for sessions longer than 2 hours.

4. Fees & Logistics

Premier Conference Interpretation rate: KES 15,000 per interpreter / half day · KES 30,000 per interpreter / full day. For conferences, government functions, conventions, forums and high-profile events where seamless, accurate communication is essential.

5. Terms & Conditions

All rates are quoted per interpreter and adhere to KSLIA standards.
A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is due within 7 days of the event.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are billed at 100%; within 7 days at 50%.
Reference materials should be shared at least 5 working days before the event.
For sessions exceeding 2 hours of continuous interpretation, two or more interpreters are required to maintain quality and safeguard interpreter well-being.
Travel, accommodation and per diem apply for assignments outside the agreed service area.
Interpreters' Edge observes strict confidentiality; recordings of interpretation may only be used with prior written consent.
